Greg and Ashley were the most accommodating landlords I ever leased from. I stayed there for two glorious years and couldn't have been more pleased. It's the best value in PCB. “The condo at Landmark was such a pleasant stay. The property is gorgeous, clean and welcoming. The pools and beach are so convenient to have just steps from the condo. Everyone that we encountered was very kind and friendly, such a great community. The condo was a perfect size for 2 and everything was in working order. We had a few issues come up during our stay, but Ashley was very communicative and had issues resolved quickly. The town of St. Andrews is adorable and only a short (and beautiful) walk from the condo. We spent a lot of time there at the local pizza place and the park. Overall it was a great stay and we can't wait to stay again!”

“This condo is delightfully furnished, with all the necessary items one would need for cooking, cleaning, and enjoying oneself. Its spacious and on the second floor which I prefer. The deck looks out over a beautifully landscaped pool. Its a pleasant walk to a second pool that has a view of the bay and a nice boat dock. I paddleboarded right from the private white sand beach and regularly walked to the super cute thriving neighborhood of St. Andrews which has Farmers Market on Saturdays and lots of fun shops and eateries and a popular public marina. For a work assignment it was nice not being in the noisy busy touristy area. This a well maintained manicured property, with the residents throughout offering friendly greetings. I highly recommend and would gladly return!!!”

“Staying at the Ds one-bedroom condo at Landmark Condominiums was a great solution to our being between selling our home in Georgia and moving to Panama City since we couldnt move into a neighboring condo that we had purchased for about three months. The one-bedroom is beautifully furnished with all the conveniences of home, including a washer and a dryer, a direct view of one of the two pools, and a view of St. Andrews Bay as well. The Adirondack chairs add to the pleasure of balcony sitting and visiting with passersby. The fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals easy if you didnt want to take advantage of the many good and close-by restaurants. This condo is convenient to all the fun things to do in Panama City and Panama City Beach, a beautiful place to live.”
